Text difference checker

Adapted from kpdecker's code, this highlights the differences between two blocks of text.

Under the hood, it uses the Myers (1986) O(ND) difference algorithm. Can compare differences line-by-line or word-by-word by toggling the radio buttons at the top

DISCLAIMER

Please review the Terms of Use to understand what you can and cannot do. In short, these tools were developed as proof of concept for possible future QI projects. You should not use them for actual patient care (but can experiment with it to see how it could be used).

You should NEVER enter any protected health information on these pages. I also can't guarantee these will work reliably (again, it's proof of concept), so if you do use this for patient care (or cause a HIPAA violation) that's on you
