This uses templates from CPRS to quickly compare the medications that are being prescribed inpatient vs outpatient.
After you compile the list of medications, you can toggle the colors of medications using a single left click, single right click, or double clicking

Under the hood, it uses the Myers (1986) O(ND) difference algorithm. Can compare differences line-by-line or word-by-word by toggling the radio buttons at the top

Please review the Terms of Use to understand what you can and cannot do. In short, these tools were developed as proof of concept for possible future QI projects. You should not use them for actual patient care (but can experiment with it to see how it could be used).
You should NEVER enter any protected health information on these pages. I also can't guarantee these will work reliably (again, it's proof of concept), so if you do use this for patient care (or cause a HIPAA violation) that's on you
